At 7M Car Rental, we strive to provide flexible booking options. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds

Refund amounts depend on when you cancel your booking relative to the scheduled pickup time.

2. How to Cancel Your Booking

Cancelling your booking is simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps:

3. Cancellation by 7M Car Rental

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Vehicle Breakdown: If the assigned vehicle is unavailable due to mechanical issues.
• Driver Unavailability: If a driver is not available due to emergencies.
• Extreme Weather: In case of severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe.
• Road Closures: If there are unexpected road closures or diversions.

If we cancel your booking:

• You will be notified immediately via phone and WhatsApp.
• You will receive a 100% full refund of the fare paid.
• We will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle/driver, subject to availability.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

• Online Payments: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
• Cash Payments: Refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) within 2-3 business days.
• Contact Us: If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days, please contact us at 9511290606.

5. Modification & Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your trip instead of cancelling:

• Free Rescheduling: Changes made more than 12 hours before pickup are free.
• Fee-Based Rescheduling: Changes made less than 12 hours before pickup may incur a ₹200-₹500 fee.

6. Group Bookings & Special Cases

• Group Bookings (3+ vehicles): Cancellation policy may vary. Please contact us directly.
• Airport Transfers: Flight delays are accommodated at no extra charge. Cancellation due to flight cancellation follows the standard policy.
• Round Trips: Both legs must be cancelled together. Partial cancellation may be subject to additional charges.

This Cancellation Policy is effective as of 27 August 2026 and supersedes all previous versions. 7M Car Rental reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
